The first partner meeting was organized in Poland, Lodz, 6-7 Nov. 2017. The main goal was to discuss the management issues and the details related to intellectual outputs.

During the meeting partners presented:

• their institutions;
• management and communication rules;
• key marketing principles;
• Trello implementation (communication tool);
• dissemination and graphic designs;
• tasks connected with the intellectual output results and multiplier events;
• project website.

All presentations were uploaded to Google Drive to be available for every person involved in the project.

The most fruitful discussion was dedicated to intellectual output 2 (web application) - as all partners are involved in its creation. The partnership decided to organize one additional meeting in Hungary to focus on the application’s development.
